
We Are Honored Of Constitution Of Our India Because –
1. The Constitution allows us to settle and find employment anywhere in India. (Article – 19)
2. The Constitution allows us to practice and propagate any religion. (Article-25)
3. The Constitution gives all Indians the right to equality before the law. (Article-14)
4. The Constitution prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion, descent, caste, gender or place of birth. (Article-15)
5. The Constitution declares untouchability illegal. (Article-17)
6. The Constitution gives us freedom of expression. (Article 19)
7. The Constitution gives the right to free and compulsory education to all children from 6 to 14 years. (Article 21A)
8. The Constitution prohibits bonded labor or forced labor. (Article 23)
9. The Constitution gives equal rights to livelihood and wages to men and women. (Article 39)
10. The Constitution establishes Panchayati Raj and makes the rural people partners in power. (Article 40)
11. The Constitution promotes the educational and economic development of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes. (Article 46)
12. The Constitution reserves seats for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the Lok Sabha (Article 330) and the Legislative Assembly (Article 332)
13. According to the Constitution, it is the responsibility of the government to provide legal aid to all the poor and other persons on the basis of disability. (Article – 39a)
14. According to the Constitution, it is the responsibility of the government to provide decent wages to all workers. (Article 43)
15. According to the Constitution, it is the duty of the government to uplift agriculture and livestock and protect them. (Article 48). 16. It is the responsibility of the government to protect historic buildings. (Article 49)
17. According to the Constitution, it is the responsibility of the government to make laws for the interests of socially and educationally backward classes. (Article-340)
18. It is the responsibility of the government to promote agriculture, irrigation, livestock, fisheries, small scale industries, vertical, rural industries, roads, bridges, rural electrification, poverty alleviation, non-formal education, markets, hospitals, mass distribution systems etc. (Article 243, Schedule 11)
19. Development of urban areas, upliftment of urban poor, roads, pools, drinking water, toilets, development of slums, education, lighting etc are the responsibility of the Government. (Article-243B 12th Schedule).

The Constitution is our pride. The constitution is the identity. Let’s defeat the enemies of the Constitution all together! Let’s strengthen the constitution together !!
