I call an individual by keeping his/her intellect awake, and realises that, who is aware of his/her rights and his/her duties. I call him a Independent Person. I say that a person who has not become a slave to the situation, who is ready to bring the situation under his control, is Independent.

One who has not succumbed to stereotypes, one who has not become accustomed, one whose flame of thought has not been extinguished, one who does not act on the teachings of another, one who does not believe in anything without reason, I understand that when one’s rights are violated, one is vigilant to protect them, one who is not afraid of hostile populism, the one who has the intellect, the self-respect to not be in the hands of others, is the only one who is Free.

One who does not decide the goal of his life and the expenditure of his life according to the order given by another, who decides the goal of his life according to his intellect and how to spend life. In short, I understand that the only person who is completely Free is the one who is Independent.
